  1. Based off of this Tip A Bear I need to develop a better realtionship with my professors. I have not went to personally meet my professors in which I have a larger class. If I do meet them I would probly want to achieve higher grades becuase they would actually know who I was.

  2. Its definately true that being interested in the subject makes studying for it alot easier, but some subjects are required that I just don't find interesting. As for getting to know the teachers better i think that is something I should do because I know that could help for sure.

  3. This is a very true statement. Sometimes if you give a professor a chance and get to know he or she a bit more outside of the classroom, you may discover traits in the professor that you admire and respect...Therefore it creates a sort of healthy pressure to not let him down. As well as sparking a natural interest in the subject matter that might have not occurred had you not learned about your professor's background. Good tip!

  4. This tip really does help your habits for any subject! I'm not the greatest at Chemistry, but meeting up with my professor during his office hours every week really do help me to try harder in his class and it shows him that I take his class seriously and really want to learn. I went into his office hours last week to go over my test and I actually earned a few points due to him overlooking a few things! So it really does work and everyone should try it! :)

  5. I regret going through my freshmen year of college not meeting everyone single one of my professors. I believe that if I would have, my grades would have been higher and I would have felt more comfortable learning the material.

  6. This is the first semester that I have really gone to see a proffesor and I have found it to be extremeley beneficial. Sometimes when you visit a proffesor, he or she will give you hints about an upcoming exam that they don't say during class.

  7. This is one thing that I do not do and I know that I should. This is a very helpful tip and I will make sure that I do go meet with my professors and really get to know them and use them for help as much as possible.
